1. Services Provided
CMC Bin Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including:

Residential and commercial pressure washing (home exteriors, driveways, sidewalks)

Soft washing (solar panels, siding, roofs)
-
Trash bin cleaning and sanitation
-
Maintenance cleaning for HOA communities and commercial properties
2. Service Agreement
By scheduling service with us, the customer (“Client,” “you”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions, forming a legally binding agreement.
3. Access and Preparation

The Client is responsible for ensuring clear access to water, electrical outlets (if needed), and the work area.

All windows must be securely closed, and fragile or movable items removed from cleaning zones.

Pets and children should be kept indoors or out of the work area for safety.
4. Scope of Work and Limitations
-
Our cleaning solutions and pressure settings are selected based on surface type and condition.

We do not guarantee 100% removal of deep stains like oil, rust, or mildew.

We are not liable for damage to surfaces that are pre-existing, aging, brittle, or improperly maintained.
5. Solar Panel Soft Washing
-
Only low-pressure soft washing methods and approved cleaners will be used.

Client acknowledges that improper panel installation or existing damage is outside of our responsibility.

We make no guarantee regarding solar energy performance after cleaning.
6. Trash Bin Cleaning
-
Trash bins must be emptied and accessible on the day of scheduled service.

We use water and eco-friendly disinfectants for cleaning and deodorizing.

We are not responsible for damage to bins that are cracked, heavily worn, or made from degraded plastic.
7. Commercial Clients and HOAs
-
Commercial and HOA clients may receive custom service schedules and pricing based on volume and frequency.

A written service agreement may be required for recurring or large-scale work.

Property managers or HOA representatives are responsible for ensuring access and communicating expectations.
8. Pricing and Payment
-
Pricing is confirmed before service begins. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled areas or special requests.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., net 15 or 30 terms for commercial/HOA accounts).

Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly interest charge.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Residential clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a $50 fee.

Commercial/HOA clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
-
Weather-related delays will be rescheduled as soon as conditions allow.
10. Liability Waiver
Client agrees to hold CMC Bin Cleaning, its employees, agents, and contractors harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising out of:

Pre-existing structural or surface conditions
-
Electrical faults (e.g., outdoor outlets, fixtures)
-
Loose or improperly installed materials (e.g., siding, solar panels, paint)
-
Acts of nature or third-party interference
We are fully insured, and claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline service due to unsafe conditions, hostility, inaccessibility, or potential liability risks. In such cases, no service fee will be charged unless mobilization has occurred.
12. Photo Use and Marketing
We may take before-and-after photos strictly for internal documentation, insurance, and marketing purposes. No identifying features (faces, license plates, addresses) will be shared without consent.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Taylor County, Texas.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or receiving services from CMC Bin Cleaning, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
